Overall, this is very good peice. So what I'm saying here may be a bit nit-picky.

Firstly, her thighs looks a bit...odd. The shape of them is off when you look at it from the muscle structure of thighs in general. The way they attatch to the crotch seems a bit odd too. I'd suggest looking up some muscle anatomy and taking some time looking at things underneath the skin. But that's really it for anatomy.

The only other thing that stands out is the folds on her sweater. compared to the red top, the sweater seems to be lacking on the folds. Not saying to add more, but really think about how the fabric wraps around the body. Right now it looks like the fold lines are lost.

I won't touch on shading because I already mentioned it on the other peice and it's a lot better here <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>!

Good choice of colours though, and her pose is very nice.
